9. Data Retention and Deletion

Request form data is delivered to corporate mailboxes of request recipients. Retention period is determined by processing purposes, contract workflow, and internal business correspondence policies.

Upon a data subject request, the Operator verifies and organizes deletion/update of data within available technical systems and applicable legal obligations.

10. Technical Services and Data Transfer

The website uses external technical services: mail infrastructure (request delivery), Yandex.Metrika (web analytics), and Yandex Maps widget (contacts page). These services may process technical connection data within their infrastructure.

A minimal field-level personal data map is maintained as an internal technical document and is updated regularly by the engineering team.
