6. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data from the request form is delivered to corporate mailboxes of employees responsible for handling inquiries. Data is retained only for the period required to achieve processing purposes, then deleted according to internal retention policies or a valid data subject request.

7. Technical Services and Third-Party Transfer

Request processing may involve mail and hosting infrastructure providers. Yandex.Metrika for analytics loads only after the user's analytics consent, and the Yandex Maps widget is used for address display. Google Search Console is used through a verification meta tag; Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not enabled now.
